Terms of Service

The service

DailyGrid connects to your Gmail or Outlook account and your calendar, identifies email related to your children's school, appointments and travel, and produces an organised weekly plan. It is viewable on your dashboard and can be emailed to you and a co-parent you nominate.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use DailyGrid.
• Connect only an account you own or are authorised to use.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

What you grant us

You grant read-only access to your mailbox and calendar, and access to your basic profile, solely to provide the service. DailyGrid cannot send, modify, or delete emails or calendar entries. You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings, or by deleting your account inside the app.

What we promise

We use your data only to operate the service. We will not sell, share, or misuse your data. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Plans and billing

Every new account includes a free 14-day trial with full access; no payment details are needed to start. After the trial, continued use requires a DailyGrid Premium subscription — currently $12/month or $108/year, and $16/month or $156/year with both parents' inboxes linked — always shown before you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via Settings → Manage subscription; your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made. If your trial ends without a subscription, your data and settings are kept (see the retention terms below) and reactivate the moment you subscribe. We will give reasonable advance notice of any pricing changes; they apply from your next renewal, and statutory refund rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

• Use DailyGrid only for its intended, lawful family-organising purpose.
• Use the co-parent and partner-reminder features only with the consent of the person you send to.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will surface every relevant item. We may modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyGrid is not liable for missed events, incorrect information extraction, or any consequences of relying on the plan as your sole source of information, nor for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by logging out, and you can permanently delete your account and data at any time by choosing Delete account in Settings. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or an account that abuses these terms, at our discretion.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
